Shipping & Delivery
Ribbons by Fir shipping and delivery processes provide you fast, efficient and cost-effective sales fulfillment. Select to ship orders to your address or you can pick up directly from our Mississauga location - the choice is yours! We will use the most cost effective courier shipment service or mail service depending on your order.
Ribbons by Fir will process each order within 1-3 business days, and your order usually ships within 5-7 business days (special order items and personalized products may take longer). Once your order has been shipped, standard ground shipping takes between 7-12 business days to arrive at your door. Please note that on occasion, shipping may experience delays due to inclement weather and/or holidays.
On the rare occasion that any of your order items are unavailable, we will contact you quickly within 3-5 business days. If any of the items within your order are on backorder, you will be offered the choice to have your items shipped as one shipment when they arrive back in stock, or if you prefer, you can have your items shipped separately (additional shipping charges will apply). Order tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Privacy & Security
Ribbons by Fir values greatly your trust, and the privacy and security of your sensitive business and payment information is secure. We use SSL technology to ensure transaction security, and we never sell your business information or contact details. Period.
Returns & Rep
Please note that all products are ‘FINAL SALE’ - items ordered cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded or credited. But in the unlikely event, if you are not satisfied please call on (416)820-2474.
Damaged Items? No Problem! In the unlikely event that an item is shipped in error or arrives to you damaged, we will re-send the correct order at no cost to you. We simply require a digital photo(s) of the damaged items within 10 days of your purchase (or incorrect items) sent to FIR@LIVE.CA along with your order number and we will replace your items at no charge to you. We hope you never have to return anything to us.
Cancelling an order in transit:
Please note that all orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Payment is required in full before order process. Please note payment can be made online by Visa/Mastercard or by email transfer on FIR@LIVE.CA or by cash as well at our Mississauga location.
Pricing
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Ribbons by Fir will have the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Ribbons by Fir may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
